I was re-reading my basic statistics textbook when some thought struck me. It was when I was recalling that the probability to get a 6 when we throw a dice is 1/6 (since a dice has 6 sides), that a more interesting probability came to my mind. When you meet a person for the first time, say right now when the World Population Clock says there are around 7,240,0759,745 people in the world at this point in time, isn't it your chance of meeting that person 1/7,240,0759,745? Amazing, yes?
It just got me thinking, among billions of people living in this planet, why should you meet that particular person? Is there anything you need to accomplish for each other that only both of you can do it?
